  • Yes, every cabin has a water view looking out toward the Strait of Juan de Fuca and the Olympic Mountains in Washington State.

    Choose from 25 cabins, all with well-equipped kitchens, fireplaces or wood-stoves, and private hot tubs with enough room for all occupants.

  • There is no beach access directly from the cabins. Guests of the resort have access to a private trail system covering approximately 52 hectares with several beaches on the property. 

  • Yes, up to three cabins can be rented together, with the exception of units 5, 6, 7 & 8 (House by the Sea) and the Bridge House. The Bridge House and House by the Sea units cannot be rented in conjunction with other cabins.

  • We love our furry friends, but not all cabins pet-friendly. Pets are allowed in cabins 2, 3, 4, 11, B-Racoon, C-Hummingbird, D-Twinberry and E-Cormorant.  There is a dog wash station available for guests as well.

  • Yes. Reservations for cabins can be made up to a year in advance.

    The restaurant is closed the month of January and reopens mid-February. Dinner reservations can be made within the calendar year.

  • Check-in time is guaranteed at 4:30pm. Unfortunately, early check-ins are not possible.

  • There are no TVs, phones or WiFi in the cabins. Only the Bridge House has WiFi and a phone for local calls only. WiFi is accessible in the lobby at the Main Office.

  • BBQs are not provided as they are a bear attractant. You may bring your own BBQ for personal use, however, they must be brought in at night.

  • Yes, we have a Level 2 charging station (240 volts) located next to the Main Office. It can provide up to 48 amps of power to charge your vehicle and takes approximately 6 hours for a full charge.

    I would take approximately 2 hours to charge a vehicle enough to get to Victoria.

  • Winter tires are legally required west of Sooke, BC from October 1 to April 30. Visit Drive BC for information on driving conditions prior to your stay.

  • The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday for dinners only, with the first seating at 5:00 pm. The restaurant is closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

  • The nearest access to grocery stores, gas stations, convenience markets and restaurants is a 25-minute drive east of the resort to Sooke, BC.

    For coffee shops, Shirley Delicious and Cold Shoulder Cafe are nearby offering both breakfast and lunch menus. Stoked Pizzeria offers wood-fired pizzas on a seasonal basis. Check out their websites for hours.
